Shana Lebanno brings a financial mind and passion for numbers together with fairness and compassion for people to her position as Office Manager for Leeb Architects. She provides her expertise as full charge bookkeeper and human resources coordinator, assuring the constant harmonic flow of the practice.

After receiving a degree in bookkeeping and working for a small bookkeeping business, Shana decided to start an independent bookkeeping business of her own. Leeb Architects was one of the first clients. She has enjoyed growing and flourishing with the firm ever since.

Born and raised in Oregon, Shana has lived in many towns throughout Oregon. However, for over 20 years now has maintained her business in Portland, anchoring herself in the community and sharing her vast knowledge of bookkeeping and human resources alike to be the most informed resource for both business owner and employees.

In her spare time Shana enjoys outdoor activities such as wild food foraging, hiking, and anything that involves being at the beach. She is also keen on fishing, rock hounding, creating all sorts of different art, canning and preserving food, taking long drives through beautiful scenery, and teaching, sharing, and learning new information.
