Ankeny Woods

Ankeny Woods Apartments are an arrangement of flats and townhouse style units that facilitate the high density requirements within a low-rise design concept. There are 42 apartments including a two-bedroom apartment for the on-site manager. There is a community room for resident use, recreation and programs.  Apartments are designed for multi-family living and include full kitchens and baths.  Laundry areas are provided in each unit.
